Notice

 The subfolders of a folder without the files: what a folder tree needs. Open a folder by asking again with its fld_id; has_children tells which ones have subfolders.
A folder that does not exist, was deleted or is not yours returns 403.

Status code

200 Everything is OK. Request succeeded
400 Bad request (e.g. wrong parameters)
403 Permission denied
404 File not found
451 Unavailable
