Notice

 Status: PENDING waiting, WORKING downloading, ERROR failed (the text is in error), STUCK was downloading but has not reported for 90 seconds.
counters count all your jobs, total only the ones that match status. can_restart: Retry works. can_remove: the job is not running right now.
A job is added with Remote upload; a finished download leaves the list and is in your files.
