Notice

	The videos of your account that are waiting to be encoded or are being encoded. A video can be on the list several times: the site makes one version of the video for each quality (quality: l Low, n Normal, h HD, x UHD), and each of them is a job of its own with its own status and progress. On a site that makes one version of a video there is no quality.
	progress is the percentage of the job that is done, 0 to 100.
	status: PENDING waiting for an encoder, ENCODING being encoded, STUCK being encoded but the encoder has not reported for 5 minutes (when the clean-up job of the site for the encoding queue is switched on, it puts such a job back in the queue), ERROR the encoding failed.
	A job that is finished leaves the list. The versions that are ready are in File encodings.
	name is the file name, file_code and link name the file.
	The list has at most 5000 entries: the jobs that are running first (the newest first), then the waiting ones.
	/api/queue/encoding gives the same list.
