Notice

	Works while anonymous uploads are enabled on the site; otherwise the reply is 403. The limits of anonymous uploads (file size, number of files) apply.
	At most 10 requests per hour per IP address. Upload to the address in result, as it is: there is no sess_id for anonymous uploads.
	Remote upload (a url the server fetches) is not available without an API key.

Status code

200	Everything is OK. Request succeeded
400	Bad request (e.g. wrong parameters)
403	Permission denied
404	File not found
451	Unavailable
